Democracy is, the possibility of joint acquisition and design of the common habitat. The city should be flexible and open, so that participation will not fail due to bureaucracy. We show we ring the bell, we will raise awareness that we need a horizontal and inclusive design question with more opportunities for civil, cooperative engagement.
